XAON. An elusive name born in the Alpine Might. Never quite fitting in any of the numerous galleries metal has to offer, drifting through the extremes whilst juxtaposing finesse and vehemence from an unworldly orchestra, endlessly exploring the vast echoic gloominess of the human mind.

In only a few short years, the combo has managed to step foot on 3 continents through the release of their debut album “The Drift”, notably across Europe with gothic metal monsters SIRENIA and folk metal legends TYR, in Japan with OBSCURA and ARCHSPIRE, in the US with THE VEER UNION, and sharing the stage in festivals across Europe with bands such as MEGADETH, TESTAMENT, EXODUS, GOJIRA, PARADISE LOST, ELUVEITIE and many more. In 2019, XAON came back with their critically acclaimed 2nd album “Solipsis” and raged across Europe with SEPTICFLESH and KRISIUN and distinguished themselves as an extremely powerful live act.

On July 1st 2022, XAON released their new magnum opus, “The Lethean”, bringing the band’s grandiose aggressiveness to a whole new level, pummeling their way through a cataclysmic atmosphere while reaching a new majestic apotheosis. This record got them to play at the mighty WACKEN OPEN AIR 2023.

WOODEN VEINS, formed by Chilean musicians mostly based in European countries, engages in classic melodic doom metal, combining it with progressive and gothic elements, exploring even further as they bring more heaviness and even Latin flavour into their sound.
“In Finitude”, their debut album (the Vinyl Division Rec.), released in 2021, got an excellent response from the media, ranking the album in many lists as one of the best of 2021, in specialised press and was even nominated for the best Metal Album in the Premios Pulsar Chile, the biggest Music Award for Chilean Music.
Currently the band is promoting their soon to be released second album “Imploding Waves”, with already three singles to be found in all music streaming platforms and videoclips in the Ardua music YouTube channel.

YATAO (Hang Music, World Music, Ambient / Berlin) Zufällig trafen sich Malte und Alex im Sommer 2014 auf einem kleinen norddeutschen Festival. Seitdem eint sie der Wille, ihre Liebe zur Musik und zu dem Instrument Hang mit den Menschen zu teilen. Nur selten wird man die beiden ohne ihre Instrumente antreffen. Sie wollen stets eine Atmosphäre der totalen Entspannung und Inspiration erschaffen, in der sich die Gedanken der Zuhörenden in Träumen auflösen können.

Dynamisch improvisierte Klänge – teils kontemplativ und sinnlich, die dann wieder in animierende Rhythmen überfließen.
